Hi there,
I am a portuguese IT Consultant and I am tired of my live in this little country of mine.
Tenerife would be the perfect spot to start my life all over again.
I've been looking, but I haven't found many offers for IT jobs.
Do you know any kind of opportunities in this area?

I have put no, only because I do not know of any. However there must be IT companies, more in the North I should think. Also I do not read the Spanish papers offering IT positions.
Why not do an interent search for IT companies in Tenerife, in Spanish of course.

Hi Igor and welcome. What languages do you speak? What do you mean by consultant? Salesman? If so there is a job advertised in our jobs section.
If you're a programmer why not start your own business?

Hi there,
10x for the updates.
I am an IT Consultant (not salesman) whose main duties are analysing, designing, architecturing and implementing IT solutions, mainly with Oracle (SOA SUITE - BPEL Web Services, OAF, PL\SQL), Java, and also Microsoft (Sharepoint, .NET, C#, SQL SERVER).
I also have experience in Web Designing with MySQL, PHP, Javascript, CSS, XHTML, etc...
THat is the kind of job I am looking for in Tenerife, the place where I think I could find my peace again...

Oh I forgot!
I talk native Portuguese, advanced English and basic Spanish (I took I course and I got the A level), but I am a fast learner, and considering the similarities with Portuguese and the way I manage everytime I go to Spain, I think could perfectly manage the communication in an initial phase and be talking nearly perfect Spanish in a few months...
